“Super all-in Japanese one-stop cutural experience!”

We visited in February 2015 and had around 5 hours with the lovely Mariko and her mum - what a super time we had! We took part in origami class, furoshiki (tying cloths to carry / wrap things in), calligraphy and cooking, all of which were excellent fun. Mariko is a patient teacher (she needed to be with my clumsy origami inabilities!) and speaks very good English. Her mum is a treasure and she made us the best feast we had the whole time we were in Tokyo - really delicious. We would totally recommend Marikos experience day - we loved it!
