Full refund 7 days prior to your experience

Must be made 7 full days prior to 12:00 AM local time the day your experience is scheduled.
If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, the experience is nonrefundable.

【Option】

■　Ghibli Museum

If you want to go to the Ghibli museum in Mitaka, we recommend that you visit the museum after our program, on the same day.

This is because our home is close to Mitaka station. It takes about 25mins from Shin-nakano station via the Tokyo Metro and JR lines.

Entrance to Ghibli museum requires advanced reservations. The ticket/reservation will specify the time and day you must go to the museum.

They are very strict about entrance times, please make it there on time.

However, we would be more than happy to reserve your tickets for you,

if you would like and, provided that there are tickets available for your preffered date at 4pm.

All prices include a small comission fee.

The Museum is closed every Tuesday.

The Museum is also closed at Year-end and for New Year's Holidays.
