Guests from Shanghai, CHINA

Our guests, Xue and her hasband from Shanghai,CHINA. Xue's father is a cook at a Chinese restaurant in Shanghai, so we got excited over talking about Chinese dishes. Surprisingly,a well-known dish 天津飯,consisting of a crab meat omelette on rice is an non-existent dish in China, we did't know that. There are many Chinese-Japanese menu like 天津飯,Hiyashichuka,Ramen...here in Japan.
